Task 11: Your blogging Experience

Hi! This week I have to talk about my experience as a blogger in my english course.

I enjoy it just sometimes, because it was dificult to make the task at time, also, sometimes I have to look for a lot for the meanings of the words, and the time we to make the task was important to make another things for the carreer(because of that reazon I coudn't go to some classes), especially in the end of semester, the tests and the esays were too much for our mind.

But, when I started to write in this blog I didn't know a lot of things that know I know; I usually just to confuse the words or the maning of these. Now I know how to use better the verbs or the structure of the verbal times. Also, in the class of the blog we got fun learning english, with listening works or jokes, the teacher was very patience with our problems.

I think that a advantage of blogging in the class is that we can solucionate the problems we have when we write at the time we have them in our mind, because we can ask to the teacher about our dudes and from that way correct the problems in that time. Also, we can have a good relationshoip with our partnes in th class by posting in their blogs.

The disadvantage is that the classroom not always was fine, sometimes it was really hot o really cold, so that didn’t make feel good to the people. The other problem is that sometimes the classmates didn’t come to class, so the class was not so dinamic. Another disadvantage was that nota ll the people was at the same level at the moment of wrtitting in the blog, so for someones the task could be more difficult.

Task 10: Your ideal job

Hi! Well, yes, this end of semester is being very hard, but we just have to get over it I guess...

This week I have to talk about my ideal job, so I'll try to squeeze all the ideas that I could have in my brain at this moment.

My ideal job at the time I'm now would be a psychologist, working in the south of Chile because I fell that the peripheral zones of our country are forgotten, like Punta Arenas or Chiloé, so, even if it's very cold I would like to work in that kind of part. Also I would like to work in the south of Chile, because I think is very beautiful to work there!

The skills I would need are empathy and patience, especially for the people I will meet in my work. I don't know yet which kind of the psychology areas would be more interesting to me, but great part of my work would be focused in helping people. Oh, and it's not an skill, but I would need a lot of warm clothes!

I would be good at his job because is something that makes feel good with myself, something that I enjoy.

I don't know if would be very difficult, because there aro not much people that go to those places, but for the problems getting a place to live or where I could work (clinic or house).

Task 9: Your favorite subject(s)

Hi everyone! This week I have to talk about my favorite subject in this therm. Firts of all, I study Psychology, so, my favorite subject is somenthing relacionated with that carrer.

Well, it might sounds obvious, but my favorite subject is Psichology, it's like an introduction of my carrer where we learn about all the requirements we need to be a psichologist. We learn about conditioning, about the process of memory, the different theorys about the how people feel with a particulary enviroment or the different fears the people feel.

Almost the all semester we have to be reading a book called "Psichology&Life", that was written by Gerrig and Zimbardo, two famous psichologists. All the weeks we have a quiz about one chapter of the book, the hard part is that sometimes is too much the information we have to memorize and learn!

The subject is teached by Juan Enrique Wilson, a teacher that is very interested in the love relantionship between a man and a woman. He is interested in the problems they could have.

I like the subject because I have fun with it, Wilson makes the class very interesting, he talks about a lot of things, every class I feel more motivated about the psichollogy.

Task 8: Talk Review

Hi! Today I have to make a review about a Ken Robinson's video, where he says that: school kills creativity.

In the beggining, he talks about three topics he thinks that are relevants: the first is the extraordinary evidance of human creativity, the second is that it's put us in a place where we have no idea what's going to happen in terms of the future and the third is taht all the pepople has an interest on educatios, because is how we can aproximate to the future we don't know.

He says that creativity now is an important in education as literacy, and we should treat it with the same status.

With some examples he says that in the present we know that if we are not prepared to be wrong we'll never come back with something original, the education makes the kids think that get wrong is the worst thing it could happen, and that does't estimulate the creativity.

The education get focused in a specific part of the brain(mathemathic and cientific part) and it doesn't focus in the most creativity parts. Ronbinson says that the two parts of the brain are important, not just the cientific part, that the schools educate to create just university profesors that practically leave in their heads. The reazon of this is that in the begining of the 19º century the public education was made to satisface the industrialims, so the education was made to insert to the person in a job that could help to the economy sistem.

That education progam haven't changed from that past to our present, so the kids are theached to be part of that economic sistem. Robinson says that we have to change this kind of education sistem that we have, so we can estimulate the creativity.

Task 7: Your Future

Hello!! Today I'm going to talk about the future I want or my ideal future. Well, personally I see myself in 5 years getting out from University, with expectatives for make a postgrade in the same university or in other one, but in a different country, like Spain, France or Canadá.

Personally, I see myself like a better person, with defined values and a different way to see the world. I think that with all the experiences that I'll have, I'll change the way to see the people; the study of psychology probably will make easier the relantionship with any kind of person.

I think that I will be in the begining of my independence, looking for my own ideals and moving through the world, making my own destiny by chosing the different alternatives that the world put on the way. I think that I probably will be living with my parents, but that in a not far future I'll live by my own in some part of Providencia, Ñuñoa or Santiago Centro.

Task 6: The best in your area

Hello! Today I'm going to talk about the best in my area. My area is psichology, but there is a problem...there are too many important people in this field that it's dificult for me to decide for one of them...I decide for Freud, but just because a lot of peolpe know from him; in this area thare are a lot of people that have discovered a lot of information, even more than Freud.

Well, Freud was born in May 6 of 1856 and died in September 23 of 1939. He is the foundator of the Psycholoanalysis' theory. He said that we had unconcsious energy in ourself, that energy make us express in a pacticular way. He also said that we have defense mechanism of repretion, that we often repress our emotion and that creates phycopatologycal sintoms. He is also important for his theory about psichosexual developtment(especially for the Edipo's sindrom and Elektra's sindrom); his theory about the Ego, the super ego an Id; and the aplicaction of his ideas in the Psychoanalisys, helping to the people to resove his unconscious problems.

Task 5: Your career

Hi! today I'm going to talk about the carrer I dediced to study. Everything begins when I was a little child, I had some emotional problems, so I had to go to he psichologist. My psichologist was a woman, I don't remeber her name, but she was really kind and I like the way she could make me feel better with some exercises. So, when I was grewing up, my interest for psichology also was grewing. When I was in the last grade of my school, I took the decition of stusy psichology because it was important to me to know how the mind works.

Psichology can helps to the people froms different ways, for example, some pshychologists help with emotional problems; others help with the problems in the schools, for example, how the kids learn better; other helps with the problems generated in the job or in a company, for example, the relationships between the personnel; others help with social problems, like poverty; and others help with juridical problem, intervening in the resolution of the judje's decition.

A psichologist most has a way of see the human behavior, which process of the mind are importans and how they work togheter; and the psychologist most have knowledge in biological and social aspects.

My favorite subject at the moment is "Psichology", because we learn a lot about how is carrer and what is important for us.
